Set up

Once you have set up your business in Previsto, there are some settings you may want to adjust.


Setting up employees

When you've just set up your business and you have 1 or more employees, you can create them so you can schedule work for them. It's super easy and once they are linked, they can log in via both browser and mobile app (Android/iPhone).

Once an employee is assigned to your company, you can adjust their working hours and more.

Integration for accounting

If you want to be able to invoice your customers automatically when tasks are completed, you can connect to an accounting system. You decide whether or not the invoice should be finalized and whether the invoice should be sent to the customer.
